10/10 service at this Vips in the morning... In the afternoon I went to eat and the opposite was true, the service was super poor... But in the morning everything was perfect.

Last Saturday, we were looking for a Vips restaurant with a kids' area and decided on Vips Legaria. TERRIBLE service. I got up to get the menu, and after 20 minutes, I went to ask who was serving our table. The waitress we asked for just said "uh-huh" to every question we asked her... terrible service, the food was cold, and in the end, we ordered desserts, which were never delivered. There was a tray of rolls, so we asked for one, and the waitress ate one in front of us, but she didn't bring us what we ordered. We were children and elderly. The bathrooms were dirty, with no toilet paper. The bill was almost 900. We were Wow Points customers. We will NEVER return.
It's been many years since I went to a VIP restaurant, it's a restaurant that I was fond of because my mom used to take me as a child, years later it hurt me to go because their food seemed unfunny to me, but what a surprise that it kept me going again, delicious food, perfect quantity and super cute waitress, I will definitely go again
This is a restaurant that never fails! This place is especially clean and tidy. The staff is always attentive. The Tlalpeno broth with melted cheese and avocado is delicious. I like that the parking is almost always available and accessible.
